Everyone originated in Africa. When people left Africa, those that went to environments with little sunshine lost their skin pigmentation so the could get enough vitamin D.
Nowhere does the bible refer to race. The closest it gets is references to the people of Cush, who we know were black. In biblical times no-one thought skin color mattered enough to mention it.

It seems that there was a time when other living beings and man of any feature could be originated from any region depending upon the suitability of the climatic conditions and environment. All races have originated from the same common stuff covering each millimeter of the earth. The divergent features reveals difference of climatic conditions and geographic locations only. This planet seems to be covered all over with the life powder wrapped in superfine life stimulating waves.

According to the Bible, it originated with Cain's murder of Abel and Cain's subsequent punishment from God. This has been the basis for much racism from certain white groups against blacks. They chose to focus on a few chapters in Genesis and ignore the majority of the teachings of God that teach tolerance, respect and love for all of God's children.

As for scientific theory, I have no clue.
