Depends on if you want a day camp or an overnight camp. The girl scouts have several campgrounds in the Bay Area, with bus pickups from several locations in Bay Area towns. These camps have a variety of programs for various age groups, with younger kids having short stays (3-5 days). And any girl can go, they don't have to be a girl scout. I did a couple of these when I was a kid, and I had a lot of fun.
I think the YMCA near Sunnyvale also has summer camps.
