Try this...

Turn off your computer then, as you turn on the computer, immediately tap on F8. Don't stop tapping until you see Windows Advance Options.

When you see the Windows Advanced Options, select SAFE MODE. When are you in the safe mode, you should be able to reinstall the graphic driver.

If the Safe Mode doesn't work, try going back to the Windows Advanced Option and select "Enable VGA Mode", which should make you boot up to Windows without using any Graphic Driver.

Good Luck!

You should be able to start up in safe mode without any drivers. This is the norm when changing drivers anyway. Start your computer and while it is, keep tapping F8 until a black screen with white writing appears and using your arrow keys, select safe mode. Then when at your desktop, find your new drivers and install them. Restart and job done.
