I actually suffer from that condition close to the end of my shift. It's when you get over tired and all the numbers on the screen start blending and then you get this feeling like they're laughing at you and you can't help but laugh with them.

That's what happens to me after I read some of Jimbo's questions; they make me laugh so hard sometimes that I have to leave the office because I don't want to be caught playing online.....

Well, it's where you are so freakin' tired you either laugh alot or say crazy stuff, to the point of sounding like you are stoned !!!!!!...saying absolutely stupid senseless things and laughing like they are actually funny!!!!!
