Good riddance. Cervix is chronically inflammed and infected,inner uterine lining is in the stage a week before mensus,muscle mass of uterus is increased in thickness ,fallopian tubes also are chronically infected and inflammed and both ovaries are normal.

The Biopsy report you have given is normal. You should have mentioned whether you had partial or full Hysterectomy (Uterus removal).
