Im not THAT bad at it, but its one of my subjects that im not so good at.
i got given some homework.
& I have no idea about it.
Clueless.
I dont need the absolute answer to this question.
But just some hints/tips anything & I might be able to figure the rest out.
Okay heres the question;


In point form describe briefly how you could sperate a mixture of sand, copper (2) chloride and potassium chloride which are all present in the form.

Copper chloride and potassium chloride are soluble in water. They can be separated from the sand by dissolving in water. You should be able to find a reagent that will react with the copper ion to form an insoluble compound, which will precipitate out the copper ions.
