PARANOID: a feeling that people are out to get you. Seeing looks on people's faces and automatically thinking that it is aimed at you. Everything and everyone is against you.
DELUSIONAL: Seeing what you think are hidden messages and meanings in all you see. "delusion" is an "illusion" you think is real, especially about yourself. e.g. you drive better than everyone else on the road (common!) If severely delusional, unable to deal with reality the way "normal" people do.
OBSESSED: can't think of anything other than whatever it is you have focussed (eng.sp.) your attention on; it could be cleaning, a scientific problem, clothes, member of opposite (or same) sex ~ it can literally be ANYTHING.

Yes, you can find the definitions on your own, and also, make sure you spell "obsessed" correctly, as it will not work otherwise.

God bless.
