What 90's toy came in a variety of colors featuring futuristic cops with asian-inspired toy armor?

each figure had holes in the back, on the shoulders, and on the legs for armor. each figure had a little grey pack on the back with guns that could shoot over the shoulder or fold down. and each figure had divets on the forearms so a silver snap connected to a character-specific weapon could be attached. they came with a generic gray gun. these toys were immensely cool (according to my bf who cant find it)
