no. whatever form of government will not work if the people have not smarten up in electing corrupt and self-serving officials...

the philippines need government leaders with integrity who will put the interest of its people and the country first rather than help themselves with the government's coffers...

corruption runs deep in every government agency of the country.. get rid of this and perhaps the philippines has chance...

Parliamentary government is not necessary in the Philippines since it must be the people who are elected or appointed to occupy government positions that must serve the country honestly. It is corruption that is dragging down the economy of the Philippines and not the form of government.

The Philippines needs someone like Marcos, a leader that people were afraid to go against. One corrupt politician is better than what we have now, which is a power struggle between MANY corrupt politicians.
