I don't believe that he loved her, but I don't think he murdered her either. He is still a person of suspicious character, though. I believe he could manipulate Anna and her decisions very easily, and the drugs she used made her even more dependent on him. He was more concerned about maintaining his financial status and lavish lifestyle than with her health, reputation, or well-being. I firmly believe that Larry Birkhead is the father of her baby, or at least believes that he is. If he were only in it for the money, why would he press so hard and so persistently for a DNA test that would prove otherwise? He has nothing to gain by claiming paternity if he is not convinced that the child is his. I think it is plausible that Stern, concerned for his own career if she should marry and allow another man to run Anna's life and affairs, broke up the relationship. He may have lied to her or manipulated her through fears for her own career. Down the road, he offered to claim paternity under the guise of "protecting" her, when it was really to get him a legal foot in the door to claim some financial security (as the father, he could claim child support after proving her an unfit mother--no problem, or control of the baby's financial benefits as a minor). He didn't count on Birkhead's persistence at calling for DNA testing, so he moved her to the Bahamas where he believed they would be untouchable by American courts. He claims that he won't allow DNA testing because of the emotional burdon he and Anna have carried, but it seems to me that letting a technician swab this baby's cheek for cell samples would put an END to a big part of it. If he's the father, proving it would leave him free of the drama and scrutiny of it, as well as end the humiliation of his "beloved" by stopping all of the post-mortem claims of others and airing her sexual history. I don't think she loved him, and I don't think he loved her. He was securing himself a nice financial future, and she was duped into believing it was best for her to go along with the story. If he's the father, I will fly down there personally to kiss his azz, but I think the old, dead geezer's sperm sample is a more likely candidate. What killed Anna was likely a combination of depression and long term drug usage that lead to a diminished immune function and chronic infection. I don't think Stern would be stupid enough to kill them both in a similar way and expect not to be investigated thoroughly. I also don't believe he had anything more to gain by Anna's death than by her continuing to live and earn money (particularly when there was still the matter of millions in J Howard Marshall's estate that was not yet settled).

Well the medical officials said that Daniel was killed from antidepressants and methadone. However the medical examiner said that she didn't have any pills in her stomach and he didn't find any signs of iv drug use. They said that it could be 3-5 weeks before the toxicology reports come back. I just can't see Howard hurting her as he seemed to adore her from all accounts. I guess we will have to wait and see. I think it is very sad. Aside from all the people that want to talk trash about her. Her baby is 5 months old and will never know her mom. She loved her son very much that was obvious and I am sure she loved that little girl just as much and she would of done anything for her. All these people that say they are her dad. They are motivated by the money that comes along with this child. I feel bad for the little girl and for Anna.

He should be a person of interest, at the least. We may never know whether he gave Daniel the pills. He could have gave Anna Nicole pills then went to the yacht they bought, as a cover. Then he received a call about her.. OH MY! He is just in it for the money. He was a nobody b4 her, now hes trying to be someone w/ the money. If he was really the father of the baby, he would say, "Let's get this child paternity over with and do a test, whether it's in the Bahamas or California. Get the question over with." Hanging on the baby isn't going to help things, especially if she is not his. I would be happy to have the baby and leave the money where it is and never see it

Well...nobody...and I mean nobody likes that guy. I just finished reading all the articles I could find on him and I don't like him either. I read where he searched Daniel's pockets right after he was found dead, took out some Meth pills and flushed them down the john...then denied any such thing. Could he have been the supplier? Why eliminate the evidence...they'd find it on autopsy anyway? Also it was he that secured the place in the Bahamas (and didn't pay the bill for the guy that found it) as a means to escape Birkhead's claim that she was on Meth while preggers and he was concerned about the health of the fetus. Birkhead's been out there all along and I believe Stern has been driving this bus of destruction as everyone else suspects. The truth will come out eventually. Her sister has a scathing book coming out...can't wait! Why was their a "commitment ceremony" done on a boat before they even buried Daniel? It wasn't even legal. Her other long time lawyer performed the ceremony and he quit working for her a week before she died. What scared him off? There are no surprises where money is concerned. Stern has dirty hands as I see it. Can't read it any other way as his behavior has been so blatantly territorial...like the vulture sitting on the tree branch just waiting for his prey. Stay tuned, huh?

I think it was a variety of things, but it doesn't make Stern look very innocent. He was there for her death and Daniel's death. He supplied her with various types of prescription drugs. (The ones confiscated from her hotel room were in his name.) And I also wonder why he married her so quickly after Daniel died. You would think he would have waited a while, until she'd had time to grieve. And why won't he let Larry Birkhead participate in a paternity test? Probably because whoever fathered the child will receive the inheritance money that Smith might get when the case involving her deceased husband goes back to court, and Stern doesn't want to have to give up his meal ticket.

When I heard the news, I thought she probably died because she overdosed (either accidentally or on purpose). Now, yes, I start to think that there may be more to the story than what the public knows. Where was the attorney husband, Howard Stern, at the time of her death anyway...anybody knows?
Maybe they killed the son, Daniel, first, so that it would be easier for them to kill Anna Nicole without people suspecting anything, since people would think that she killed herself from all the sadness & stress (& maybe guilt) resulted from the son's death.
It would be interesting to see who is the real father of that baby girl of hers..& who will take care of the baby now...

I don't think that Howard was responsible for their deaths, but I believe that he had something to do with keeping Anna Nicole in a state of depression and continued drug use. On ABC's "Good Morning America," Nicole's mother, Vergie Arthur told ABC that she thinks her daughter had too many drugs, like Danny did. She also said that she warned Nicole about drugs and the people she hung around with, but she didn't listen.

Money makes people do crazy things. I think that it was her old dead husband's son's widow that paid someone to kill her husband, the son and now Anna Nicole. Motive: When her husband died under similiar circumstances last year, she took over the battle against Anna Nicole for 88 million dollars. Oh yes, some people will do anything for money.

I just hope that Howard K Stern does not inherit a penny. I wonder how big is the Estate. I read that whoever is the baby's father will inherit together with the baby. Howard Stern's presense near the deceased makes him suspicious. If Howard Stern was legally married to her then he will inherit eeverything.

Seriously, I don't think that Howard Stern had anything to do with their deaths. He loved Anna way too much to cause her any pain much less to cause her death. I think that the combination of a broken heart, 3 different kinds of anti-depressants, the recent boob job and the countless pain killers she took are what did her in. It's sad that she had to die, but death is a reality of life.
