In others, being sexy is a bit of both for me; you have to have certain physical characterstics which I find aesthetically pleasing, but you have to carry it off a certain way. You have to have the emotional confidence to display and enhance those traits.
In myself, being sexy is on those days when I am feeling super confident about myself, regardless of what I look like or what I am wearing that day.

A bit of both. What is sexy to one person might not be sexy to another person. Initially, a man will see a woman as sexy but will saw she is sexy as the relationship grows to further the relationship.

Both. Looks can be part of it. And it partially has to do with the culture you were raised in too. But if you get twitterpated you might think someone is sexy and everybody else is going "huh"?

An emotional feeling. Fat, skinny, tall, short, ugly, pretty... doesn't matter. If you feel sexy, that's how some will perceive you.

both, you can have a great face and body and still not be sexy, or you can be average and be perceived as sexy if you believe you are sexy. It is how you project yourself.
