When can we know that we have ovulated. And what is the time to get pregnant. Before ovulation or after ovulation. And it the BBT has started varying does it means that ovulation has occured?
Please suggest me some tips. As i have married since 2 yrs and want to conceive now. How to keep a check on ovulation. What is approx cost of ovulation kit? Does that always work?

Everything I have read on the internet says first thing in the morning before you do any physical activity. Form what I under stand there should be a slight drop before you ovulate and then a slight rise after you are done ovulating.

They say to take it before you even rise out of bed at the same time every morning.
