Hey, WTF?! By the time it's effects will become obvious, I'ill be long gone and I really don't give a **** about my great-grandchildren.That's why I ignore it.

The world is not ignoring the climate change. The world is very aware of global warming it is on the news every day. Are you not aware that it is a hot topic?

You are barking up the wrong tree in the music section if you want a genuine answer!!
My personal opinion is that people generally feel there is nothing they can do about it NOW that it has become so bad, so why should they bother? Let it be someone elses' problem.
It's sad, but just ask ten random people on the street. I bet at least 8 of them will have NO CLUE!!!!

well really im sure no one is ignoring it but if you look in the past there have been similar patterns of weather and the winters have started to take place in earlier months now and summers tend to end in the later months its alost like we can flip the months of the seasons around soon well at least thats what its like here in illinois but im sure everyone is aware except for the evangelicals who dont beleive in global warming but its kind of like people have the answer to the loser of the super bowl or world series... better luck next year

What should we do? Destroy all industrial objects of any importance? Imprison all republicans & other neo-con pigs? The world is not, but the conservative idiots who elect fascists like Dick and Pus.. I mean Bush have too much influence through the money they earned selling child porn through their churches and blackmailing their homosexual priests - well you know Republicans, no need to elaborate. Why are you ignoring it? If not, what is it that you do about it?

Because people are scared. They don't want to think that anything bad could possibly happen to their precious world. By ignoring the fact they can hide from their fears.
