Try deleting some files like songs, pictures or ringtones. that should fic your problem.

Do not use that theme it is corrupted, Find out about the Express Music phone themes, they generally don't support all types of themes..

that happned to me once try deleting some pics or what other junk u got in there (JK!) it works for me
