if you have windows XP then no need to install anything just follow the below steps other wise download netmeeting software from http://www.microsoft.com/windows/netmeeting/download/
and install it then follow steps
For windows XP
Step 1:- got to start -> run -> type ( conf ) press enter
Step 2:- ask you the simple config..enter your ans
Step 3:- complete by pressing next ..next...ok
Step 4 :- after starting net meeting enable desktop sharing
Step 5:- call the pc( with ip ) from remote location and working ok
