I hate to say this, but a 5'10" chick playing softball with a huge chaw, spitting on home plate. That was day one in east tenessee. Fortunately, day 2 was better. Remember the 3 rules.

1) If they wave, wave back
2) No matter how bad it tastes, drink it
3) if it isn't in the gun rack, it's under the seat

I loved living in the mountains. The folks were a bit backwards, but every bit as neighborly and loving and generous as you can imagine.
