Flirting is more what it looks like than what it actually is. Some people intend to flirt and it goes unnoticed while others do not intend to flirt and their behavior comes across as such. There's a huge margin of error in how men and women perceive each other in general. This gets complicated when at least one party is attracted to the other. All that said, the ethics of flirting depend on the intentions of the person doing the flirting. There's always a line that should not be crossed when a person is in a closed relationship -- and that line should generally be in agreement with both parties involved.

Wrong. I'm mid 30's and I never did it while married. Do all mid 30 year old women think it is o.k.? Or just my ex wife? Note the EX part, so better tell your husband that where there is smoke, there is fire. It's disrespectful to your relationship.

Many men think it is OK to flirt. And some flirting is harmless. But most is not. They do it because they think they can get away with it. . .especially when they do it in front of you. . .it is meant to belittle you. Without particulars it is hard to go on. . .so many variables. Looking with discretion is normal-for all-but flirting is the next step and one should be very careful how one does it.

Personally I think it's wrong. Not all men are alike. Some like to flirt b/c it's their nature they mean nothing by it would not act upon the flirting...........then there are those that flirt to test the women they are flirting with to see where they are at.....

When a man is married, all woman die to him, except his wife. He should be 100% dedicated to her and loving her with his ENTIRE heart and soul, and mind. They are obviously going to see other woman with their eyes, but if they keep it there, and play with the thoughts in their head, than they have already committed the sin. It's wrong.

Depends on how you define flirting.
Are you being personable to see if you still got it or fliritng to hook up with someone?
Everyone needs to feel they are attractive.
Flirting can easily lead to cheating and that is WRONG.

There isn't anything wrong with flirting for either sex, as long as you don't cross the line...
