not directly.
While all these servers are configurable remotely, that is to say by your or any other PC in the office LAN, and it shouldn't be too difficult to figure out their names or IP addresses, they typically require a password to configure, and unless your IT folk are totally useless you won't be able to crack their password, so no luck there.
You could perhaps, depending on the office firewall configuration, use a remote computer that's outside the firewall - say your home computer, as a proxy. Set up sshd on the remote computer (look it up on the web), then connect to it *from* work using an ssh client, and configure sshd to forward connections from "the outside" to your office computer. Since the ssh connection from your office computer to the remote computer is kept open, no incoming connections are formed and the firewall may allow it.
Caveats:
1. the office firewall can be configured to block this
2. your remote computer, if open to connections from the outside, is also vulnerable to attack. Since you're not a networking expert, or you wouldn't be asking this question, most likely that remote computer won't be too hard to break into, and it will be taken over by hackers in short order.
3. depending on your intended use, you may be violating your office's policies and compromising its security. You may also be violating the law. Consider all that before taking action.
