That is capitalism at it's best, first make money to fund for more investment to make money.
Health is not the factor, that of course unless you have money.
It has always been the major flaw in Indian society.

Nice observation! I think it is true for a lot of places in the world!
Malls bring quick money. People will flock over them out of curiosity or genuine shopping need and eventually buy something.
Hospitals can also generate money, but need more money and effort input.
