You can "downplay" the size of your lips easily with lip liner, but to actually REDUCE them you will need to see a GOOD plastic surgeon, not just someone from out of the yellow pages, please.
How thick is "really thick", do you REALLY need surgery? I'd love to have thick lips, mine are so thin......... but it's not worth spending $5K or more at the moment so I just deal.

Don't change Cloud! Thick lips are sexy. They're great to kiss and exciting to see all painted up proud.

Well I have the opposite problem but outside of make-up I think surgery or acceptance are you're only options.
