I need some advice on eyeshadow colors that would work well with my skin color/eye color. I have fair skin with blue eyes and reddish brown hair. I've always used gray toned shadows for so long that I'm looking for something different. If you could come up with some daytime and nighttime suggestions that would be awesome too!

With your red-brown hair and fair skin different shades of green would look so pritty! Try the brand Urban Decay at Sephora: Urb, Acid rain, Green godess, Mildew, and Vert they're shimmery and vibrant. Use a lighter shade of green during the day and darker shades at night or use the light on your lid and the dark in your crease! : )

So you can receive the best advice go to the MAC counter (my fav) or any other department store make up counter and choose the consultant that has the make-up you like on her face... then ask her if she can advise you on your color palette...Oh, and if you don't want to pay alot, just go to the drugstore and pick the colors based on your free consultation and Voila!!! there you have a new fresh faced look for little or nothing...you may even get samples too.

A muted purple (with some gray in it) will look nice or possibly a taupe (grayish brown).

a light pink ish gold would look great with dark brown eyeliner. it'll bring out your eyes!
