I just still cant believe that she is dead and she was born here in Houston. May she rest in peace. :-(

They said she had flu like syptoms earlier in the week. Some very serious heart problems that turn fatal start out like that. That could be one reason--or what most people are thinking-she overdosed on drugs she has been accused of taking recently by her mother. I think it is one of the 2.

well lets fix the grammar of this question first.. " How do you think Anna Nicole Smith died, before they perform the autopsy?" is the correct way to ask that question.
As for an answer, it's hard to say how she died. Some say she was prescribed Methonayl ( or something like that ) which is the same drug her son who died was taking, his autopsy result is that he had a heart defect that caused his heart to fail because of the medications. Some say that Anna may have had the same heart defect and did not know it.
Who's to say.
She may have over dosed on something... who knows. Will be interesting to see though!

I believe she died of a broken heart. Impossible, I know. But just thinking of all the things she has been dealing with lately makes me very sad for her. I never particularly liked Anna Nicole, but she was a very good mother to her son. She loved him madly. Maybe she wasn't the best role model, but the boy was very, very loved. I don't think she could physically and mentally take the fact that her son was gone and some douche bag wanted to take her daughter away from her too. Then the whole world was talking about how either her or her boyfriend (the lawyer) gave her son the drugs that killed him. Too much pressure if you ask me. I honestly don't think she did anything on purpose. I feel that she was self medicating to help take away the pain and she just took too much of something. May she rest in peace.

I have NEVER been a fan of Anna Nicole Smith and have always thought of her as a greedy buffoon. Nonetheless, I have NEVER wished death on anyone. Very sad for her young daughter and all those who loved her. I have never thought about the deaths of either Courtney Love or Anna N. Smith.

I think it was methadone or another drug. I hope it was not murder. It is possible that Stern killed Daniel first, then Anna Nicole. We'll know more tomorrow, but not everything. That poor little baby, to have such tragedy. I hope that where ever she ends up it is with the people who will love her the most and give her a good life. That $400,000 is like poison.

I think she is taking some drugs, prescription or otherwise, together with alcohol to numb the pain and forget the problems that she is into. As you may have probably noticed, this past few days during her interviews, her speech is a slur, you can't understand a word. Maybe, there are complications to all the medicines she's taking.. and of course, the trimspa and alcohols...

I think she was murdered by Howard Stern. I also believe he killed her son and is trying to loose any ties to this murder but win all the money she got in her life's work. He wants the child so he will win her estate trust,too. He probably will loose everything and go to jail after the judge gives him life with no chance of parole....sorry but if I were the judge I'd hang him up for all to see as what he deserves, death.

I'm going with the irresponsible mixing of drugs and alcohol theory. I'll go further by postulating the official cause of death with be either stroke or embolism....drug induced, of course, but we'll probably never be told that part of the story.
Her entire life was tragic. Whatever the cause, I hope she found peace at last.

Probably the same way her son did. A mix of prescription drugs that shouldn't have been mixed.... or shouldn't have been mixed at the levels she was taking them. Her heart probably couldn't take it...She was still grieving over her son, so I am sure she did what she could to numb the pain... and she numbed it just a little too much

I think it has something to do with drugs and her heart. At least she is at peace now
