UFO sightings are on the increase because they want to make us aware we are not alone. They are here to assist us in our development to look beyond our planet and to work with our cosmic family that have been waiting for this period of time for Humans to evolve in awareness.
If there is a great catastrophe, they would be her to assist us. They are more advanced than we are and can guide us through these man-made or Earth events. They would be here to witness any event.
Yes to both your questions. They come here via time travel but not as tourists and they are witness to anything that happens here.
