it sure as hell isn't the country you're from

there are 20 countries on top with a rate of 99.9% and the US isn't one of them - it's 22

Japan is at the top, but like the study admits the data is hard to come by. You may find it strange that all studies conclude the country Georgia has 100% literacy rate, yet over half the country lives below the poverty line. Fishy facts indeed.

literacy, not letiracy... Yahoo really needs to have a spell check function in the question portion of this.

By the way the United States is 22nd.
