Having headache, dizziness, nausea, diarrhea, increased vaginal discharge, insomnia, extreme weakness/laziness, and very moody. I cry over things that you wouldn't normally cry about and also get angry over everything. What should I do?? What could it be?

This could be a sign that the baby's on the way, I experienced all of those symptoms. You should talk to your ob and see if you are dilated at all, if you did go into labor, your baby is still considered full term so don't worry. Oh, ya and this could unfortunately be a sign of post part-em depression, mine started only hours after giving birth, so make sure you have a lot of help at home or someone to talk to about how your feeling.

For headaches & dizziness, increase your water intake. Check with your doctor if you're having vaginal discharge. Your water may have already broken. You should go straight to Labor and Delivery.

About moodiness...hang in there. It's almost over...maybe sooner than you think.

its pregnancy. lol. ive had all those and im only 32 weeks pregnant. you may want to talk to your dr about the diarrhea if it lasts for a few days, and maybe even the dizziness. but other than that, those are all just symptoms of being pregnant. there was even one day that i cried simply b/c my husband was talking too much. lol. its crazy what these hormones will do to you. just try to enjoy the rest of your pregnancy, and if you ever get scared/ or need fast answers, its always best to call your dr. Good luck and God Bless!

Make an appointment with the doctor just to be on the safe side. You could be just very hormonal but please be safe and get checked out. Best of luck and love for your little one... xx

It sounds like you could have contracted the flu or have food poisoning. You should call your doctor to be checked out.
