Find the address of the club and send a letter but put it in an envelope that no one dare open. For example, put it into a bright pink envelope that looks like a love letter or along those lines and put a kiss or a heart on it. I have done this when complaining to companies and the letter always gets to the manager without anyone else even touching it!
