i want to know where i can find historical sibor rates from january 1997 to the present

Here's different SIBOR rates, including overnight, one month, three month and US dollar.

Just check the boxes you want and scroll the dates to when you want. The MAS gives it in HTML format, but you can cut and paste to Excel.
