Hopefully I won't offend anyone as I've seemed to do a good job of that here lately. Truthfully, I don't know what planet he's living on these days. The dope dealers should be shot, and not just injured. However, it could have been the circumstances under which he was shot. I'm not familiar with the case, but I'm sure there was a reason. Maybe the man was not armed...and in the US, when agents or police shoot an person who is not armed, they will be prosecuted.

it is not just bush in this matter it is also the american people who are voting for these clowns who allow this rediculous behavior. if the american people would stand up and protest for these people then i am sure they would go free. also it is the law makers and like congress who are allowing these actions. there has to be more this story then the average americans know. people do not find it strange that a drug dealer can enter the country shoot at border patrol agents get shot and then bget offered immunity. makes you think who he is working for right? maybe he was granted immunity because he is working for government officials and they do not want this information getting out! there is nothing else that makes sense with this case!

Please understand that we have to obey our law. Even the Goddess of Justice is blindfold. If you go to court many times, you will see this fact happen everyday in our life! If we pardon 1, we have to pardon all for the same reason. If political life is easy to deal with, all of us are politicians!

He can't and that would be really bad for his career almost detrimental in fact. Think about it? They may tell everyone that he said it was okay? Have you ever researched his record as Governor of Texas? And found out how many people he had executed? eh?
