I'm currently sick and don't know how it happened. All I could think of is stress because I'm planning a really big 21st bday and work is probably a factor as well. Plus school on top of it all.
I might be draining myself out, but do you think stress is the factor?

Yes, stress weakens your immune system. It plays havoc with your heart, your mind, ability to sleep, eat and even maintain day to day living. Good luck with your party but take a break so that when it comes around you can enjoy it.

Yes stress is a huge factor that can make you ill as a matter of fact it took me years for me and my husband to get pregnant because I was stressed not so much with him, but i was dealing with family and also I was stressed because we were doing the "right thing" but not getting a baby. But to answer your question it sounds as if you are having panic attacks come down, things will work out it's just one day so you do the same thing, take it one day at a time, your health is on the line.

Stress is a real threat to good health, causes headaches, upset stomaches, blocked bowels amoung many other problems. You need to find a way to relax, get away from it all sit and watch the grass grow, or the snow fall, just don't think.

Definitely. it does appear to be a factor. Unless there is a definite pathalogy (which the doctor will see), you might like to take some multivitamins regularly for a few days. Destress yourself with some meditation and relaxation. I hope you have a lovely 21st birthday.

PLEASE try these 3 remedies...EVERY time I feel run-down or get that tickly feeling in my throat I take these 3 things and it NEVER turns into a full-blown cold.
1) Olive Leaf Extract by "Herb Pharm"....it's in liquid form, and has no side effects...it immediately goes to work to kill any viruses in you...and it's all natural.
2) "JarrowDophilus", by "Jarrow Formulas"...it will keep the healthy "flora" in your body in perfect balance which keeps your immune system strong.
3) "Emergen-C" Vitamin C packets by "Alacer"
All three can be purchased at "Whole Foods Market", possibly "Trader Joe's", or call your local health food store to inquire about these 3 products.
EVERY friend and family member who has taken this advice, hardly ever gets sick.
For your throat: "Peaceful Mountain--Throat Rescue"
You will NEVER find a more powerful throat spray which is all-natural....soothing, fast acting, and kills bad bacteria on contact.
Cayenne Pepper in capsules (or sprinkled on soup) helps greatly with congestion AND is also an immune systen booster too....and drink lots of organic green tea to help your energy levels.
You'll see!! :) Get well soon!
