With motherboard I had a softwear called PC alert. This PC alert displays 4 voltage: +12v, +5v, Vcore & 3.3v. Last one giving low alarm and becomes below 2.8v. Wher is the problem? Is it within the motherboard/processor/power unit?

3.3 volt is your AGP voltage an yes it could be a problem if your video card is not getting proper voltage it could hurt it, it should be 3.3 volts going to the AGP slot if not there could be video card issues.

There are many factors, 1st pawer supply, 2nd the mother board reading voltage not accurate but if the pc is working properly its okey.. mostly the problem is power supply.. :)

i think , might be ur bios settings r not correct, go to bios settings at startup and click best performance settings or optimal settings,and save , might be this works to ur problem
