I would say Reese Witherspoon - they kind of resemble each other, and she has the southern accent that she could use for Anna.

Dolly Parton would fit her body style but I dont think her accent will cut it. I would love to see Kathy Bates play her would that not be hilarious. There really is not an actress out there that could fit Anna Nicole perfectly. It is sad that she passed away so quickly. She was like my guilty pleasure she always made my laugh. I feel for her new child.

First of all, they'll have to get someone who could be a "Playboy" centerfold and not many of today's actresses qualify...so I'm thinking they should have a reality show like "American Idol" in order to hire the perfect big-breasted woman to play Anna Nicole Smith.
They could call it "American Boobs"--it's sure to be a hit with the male population.
