i have a(good )friend owns a bar and another (semi)friend who does catering. the caterer did a job at this bar but the price was to high so by mutual agreement they will no longer use her for catering since the caterer won't go down in price. well for superbowl party i offered to bring fried chicken. turned out i ended up doing a whole feast. 100 pc. fried chicken, 3 different salads, chips guac and salsa, cornbread other chips and dips. veggie tray etc. all homemade stuff for 50 people. my bar owner friend asked me and since they are friends i agreed to do it. some other people were supposed to help but never did so i did it solo. my cater friend called and invited us to superbowl we declined because of the plans i had(she knew i was cooking) 4 days go by and i get a vicious call saying she heard i did quite the spread and how could i "f" her over like that. she was livid! did i dis her or is she wrong? i did not do it for $ i did it for all my friends. they paid for food only.
