"Geographic lens" is a metaphor which means " to have geographic perspective or consideration" when tackling that particular question.

e.g What are problems of loggers in brazil or congo D.R?
answer: transportation.Because the rain forests are thick and hence in most cases inaccessible!!!. So they have to use rivers to float them to shores etc.

Geographic aspects are: Rain forests belts, Rivers, and similarity in locations.
