All egg laying animals will lay eggs whenever it comes their time to lay. The difference as to whether those eggs will hatch depends on if they are fertilized by a male. The male fertilizes the eggs after they are laid, so if a male isn't present, the female will still lay eggs, but they just will never hatch. If you only have the one female, these eggs will never hatch, so, you might as well remove the eggs before they foul the water. My female laid eggs once (no male), it's cool though, isn't it?

no, the eggs cannot hatch without a male goldfish present, maybe you can get a male later and set them up to spawn
since you know you have a female

No the eggs won't hatch. You need to remove them if they aren't eaten because they will grow fungus and make the water bad for the fish.
