you have to win the royal rumble. u cant have a title (wwe championship or world heavyweight championship)though. you have to be IN the royal rumble to win stone cold.

Stone Cold can be purchased at the WWEShop when you win the Royal Rumble Trophy.

You have to be in story mode and win the royal rumble. Then you get the Smoking Skull Belt and Stone Cold Steve Austin when you buy him.

Do Season mode and when your on smackdown don't be a champ. then you will get JBLs number one entry then you will have chances to improve that number. If you win all the matches you can get number 23. then you have to fight jbl in a ladder match if you win you're in the rumble. win the rumble and you get the trophy and stone cold.
