Well heres a few steps, but you might want to contact your doctor because you could be slightly anemic.
1. Don't drink coffee or anything carbonated before you go to bed.
2. Have a very routine sleep schedule (Like 9pm to 6am)
3. When you wake up, do some exercising. Nothing like running but just a couple stretches.
4. Eat a healthy breakfast that includes protein, fruit, and carbs.
5, Try some yoga or meditation when you wake up.
Try these but like I said might want to check out being anemic if these don't work.

Yes! Ask any doctor and he will tell you, that you need more exercize or SOME level of physical activity durring the day.
You will find it easier to fall asleep and stay asleep so you get the full amount of sleep you need. You might be waking up frequently at night or consuming alcohol durring the day. Alcohol deprives you of the proper sleep you need. So does caffiene.
Once you have found the cause of feeling so tired in the morning, you will be able to adjust your daily habits.
You will find with daily physical activities, you will wake up faster. You won't feel as groggy and be able to bounce out of bed and feeling great.
Good Luck.

Eight hours of uninterrupted sleep, no hangover, no before bed time snacks and a clear conscience works every time.
