I think it is murder, the 400 million dollars perhaps made her hurban's family kill her and get all the money.

Foul play is a good possibility because after her daughter, he stands to get the millions.

She reportedly was not feeling well with fever and flu like symptoms the night before.
Maybe her husband was trying to poison her, you know, with cultured bacteria like in the Farrah Fawcett, Sam Elliott (true story) movie, "Murder in Texas." Maybe that didn't work fast enough so he administered some (more) dope?
Then again, there was some talk about her use of Methadone and there is only so much the heart can take before it gives out.
This is gonna be a tough one to crack if there was any foul play involved, given the fact that Ms. Smith was seldom sober... .

Ok, look...something's just not right about the Howard K. Stern character...he was in the room when Anna's son died and he was in the room today when Anna died...coincidence...I think not.

Howard K. Stern is NOT the type of man Anna Nicole would have had a (physical) relationship with...he's too wimpy. He had some kind of control over her...hopefully the truth will come out real soon.

I don't think he's the father of her child either...I doubt they even had sex together. Hopefully we can get the results of the DNA test real soon to finally clear up this part of the mystery.

Being he's a lawyer, I think he's done something to get himself in her will and is after some moola...(where's Columbo when you really need him?)

Let's see how this thing plays out...
oh, and of course, we can be sure there already is a movie about her life and death being written as we speak.

All of the above. Her death has a few degrees of all three. Murder: because whomever was supplying her with illegal drugs killed her, accident: because it was probably an accidental overdose, and suicide: because I think she was quite close to losing the will to live, if she hadn't already.

So first off i'll admit, i was one to look at this young woman on t.v, and definitley thought she was an oddball...yet unique. The media definitley portrayed her as a nutjob. But the girl was still beautiful, and easily rose to fame.

now on the death...i'm not trying to play detective here or anything bogus like that..but i sat down and thought about a couple of things.

Did anyone notice in an interview with Anna's mom after Daniel's death she stated "anna you know i love you...be careful who you hang around because you could be next". WIERD YES....SHOCKING...NOT ANYYMORE.

To me its wierd how Howard (her lawyer, and somewhat of a husband, but never a wedding certificate) was THERE when Daniel died over some mixture of medications, and never made a statement without Anna. Now he was in Hollywood, Flordia when she died as well but no when knows of his whereabouts. Now when the autopsy comes back say Anna had some sort of a "medication" mixture mess up....coincidence???

Now one thing i can point out is life imitates art and vice versa..especially Hollywood. Everyone knows that theres millions of dollars at stake. Not only the money Anna was suppose to get from her deceased ex-husband, but the money she earned herself (Trimspa, TV, Movies, Playboy)..there still will be a constant cash flow from royalties (most people should know what that is). So before Anna even died, when Daniel did...that cut off him from getting money if she did die.

Anna happens to give birth days before her son's passing..so that opens up her daughter, Dannie Lynn to get money if her mother passed. THEN IT HAPPENS

2 men claim to be the father, Stern and Larry Birkhead, and it so happens Mr Stern is confident that he is the father, why was it so easy for him to come to the public and tell us hes the father (by himself), but couldnt pour out his emotions when Daniel died (by himself)???

Anyway, with Anna gone, either Dannie Lynn or Howard would get the money (or Larry if he is truly the father). Say when the tests come back he [Stern] isnt the father i GUARENTEE...that something would happen to Larry Birkhead "accidently". People underestimate the connections lawyers have. And then after that something would "accidently" happen to Dannie Lynn, now for those who dont understand what i mean by {"accidently"} it means...its no accident at all DUH.

I will not lie i'm very interested in what the autopsy says about cause of death. I do have a question what gave Howard the reason to tell people she "accidently" hit her head on the side of the tub days before and he left her lay down...FIRST OFF what an IDIOT everyone knows if someone hits their head, you dont let them lay down, it's not safe.

I do understand he did lose someone, but i'm sorry my fingers are definitley pointing at him, he never seemed trustworthy...and i don't judge a book by its cover...it's just the facts, his actually statements, and everything else.

Nonetheless, Anna Nicole Smith will be missed, and I am still shocked at her death. A true beauty

She now is in heaven with Daniel...and may they rest in peace.

SO MY ANSWER NOT SUICIDE, NO ACCIDENT. Someone tried to kill her and it happened...they know what they did and they will burn in hell

My theory is....that her son is the real father and howard was given the job to cover it up to protect anna's name and fame. Howard killed the son to keep him from talking. She tried to get anyone to sign the birth certificate to say they are the father because she didn't want it know it was her son's. Howard keeps Anna Nicole on meds to over dose her so he can manipulate her into marring him so he would get the 400 million dollars from the lawsuit. And it back fired because she died before the law suit was settled. She never was given the money

It could have been any of them. Most likely though I would have thoughtnit was an accidental overdose. She was on a lot of different pills...anti-depressants everything. Its just a tragedy for her baby girl.
