Your question is confusing but if you are married and love some one other than your wife you need to step back and think about your vows and how you would feel if it were reversed. Other than a mother or a relative or a dear friend you can't or shouldn't.

Society basically states you are only allowed to love one woman in regards to marriage and mating etc. This is not natural for either gender.

Think outside the box society presents you and you will see you can love many others in your lifetime, which, may I remind you, is short.

If you married your wife for the wrong reasons.
If you never let go of your previous love.
If your wife is not who you want. If you do not love your wife let her know that, because it will hurt her even more if she doesn't but suspects it.
