I think that the best sexual relationships are those in which the communication is completely open, and accepted by both partners. It all depends on the man you are with. There are men who have insecurity issues.....you know the type! The kind of guys who swear they are the best lovers in the world; using comments like; "Girl, I'll rock your world".....but they don't have a real clue as to what "Rocking a Girl's World is all about. Usually, these kinds of guys are the ones who feel insulted if a girl/woman were to give him any kind of suggestion as to what he needs to do, ot where he needs to be doing it. Men that have too much ego, but little self-esteem are a difficult bunch to have that kind of communication with.
Then again, there is always a way of communicating things without injuring a "sensitive" guy's pride. I guess it all depends on how you talk to him, and how you approach the subject. If you try to make it "fun" for him, instead of just a teacher or a boss instructing a student or an employee......it just be easier to find his acceptance, and might even be willing to be led and taught.
Guys have to understand that every woman is different....Unique, and that that every women has different and unique needs as well. If a woman is considerate enough to let him know her secret places, and how those places need to be played with he should consider himself blessed....and he should follow the instructions as best as possible.....who knows. he might get a A+ for the class!
