Just go to the Yahoo! search window and type in LOST. You'll see various choices -- I think the best one to click on is LOST - ABC Official Site.
Once you get there, (to their website home page) you'll see different choices, one of which is to watch the newest episode, 2/7. When you click on that, I believe it also gives you the option to view other episodes in their entirety. Not quite certain how far back they offer -- I just wanted to watch this week's show since I'm ashamed to say that I fell asleep during the last 10 minutes!!
If some of my instructions above are wrong I'm sorry -- was relying on my memory when I had to go there myself. Good Luck!!

Not sure. Try ABC.com. But its all considered season 3(the last 6 episodes and the next 16)

This is what i do to get episodes from the US (im in Aus)
Type in Azureus in google and download it.
Then go to eztvefnet.org mininova.org or isohunt.com and search for what your looking for.
