If you don't plan on moving out of your house/town/state anytime soon, then answer "No".

When your employment application is asking if you are willing to relocate, it is asking if you would be willing to move to another city/part of the country if this particular job required it.

Therefore, if you are willing to move for a great job, say that you are willing to relocate. If you can't imagine moving and wouldn't do it, say that you aren't willing to relocate.

i usually put yes because they can't make you go anywhere. saying no is just a reason for you not to be looked at. this is especially true if you apply in a place in person because relocating could just mean to another one of the company's locations a few miles away. so it never hurts to put yes since they can't just say, "ok, you're going to jakarta, indonesia, pack your bags, your flight is in an 7 hours...and oh ya, you should probably take all 43 of these vaccines first...we'll pick you up at 8:00 pm."

It means would you be willing to move where you live - like to another city. Just answer truthfully - if you would, say yes, if not say no.
