You can spend that much for a laptop, if ya want but you don't need that much power for a computer but if you must, go to amazon.com check out the laptops there you can compare and can get a very god computer for $2500.00 I have a 17 inch AMD Turion 64 mobile Processor 16x DVD burner 100 gig hard drive and a ATI graphics card with 20 megs of ram a gigabyte of onboard ram and I only paid 800.00 bucks for it brand new. Paying that kind of price for a computer is not worth it till you get into what you are going to do later on, buy a lower priced computer say $2000.00 tops use it for two years and see what you need. The Most intensive computing you can do is record Audio and video and rendering it, what you are doing is not going to be that labor intensive for the computer MY CPU sped is 1.8 gigahertz. That’s 1.8 trillion computations a seconds. Three D rendering in graphics would be the most intensive work you would be doing I would guess, but as I said go to www.amazon.com and compare the top three computers by speed price and brand, stay away from dells, Gateway buy a HP or alien or Toshiba and there are many others get at least 1 gig of ram a 100 gig hard drive a ATI video capture card with 512 of megs on board memory high def. THAT is important for drafting the higher the resolution it supports the better. Then after all that go to www.cnet.com look at the recommendations their and consumer electronics and check on what they say about the computer you are buying, beware of BRANDNEW computers first time out for they may have problems because it is new equipment and never been tried, you pay for it and end up paying for it twice. You can also buy online at www.yahoo.com www.newegghead.com and www.ebay.com. I hope this helps, but don't throw money on the ground you can buy a Mac G5 computer laptop but their programs are very expensive where windows are much less. Do not Use Vista at this time give it 6 months to a year before you buy vista, so they can get the bugs out. Xp Professional is an outstanding program once you get used to it, and will give you a lot of trouble free computing.

You better clarify that the curreny is in Indian Rupees. Folks are assuming it is in dollars.

By the way..try Dell.com. Or ebay. I bought a new Dell laptop from Ebay for $500 which is appx. 25,000 Rupees/
