yes its definetly chicken, BUT, its not orange, it starts off blue and they make it orange

For real Chinese foods, come to China. I recommend Shanghai or Beijing. Shenzhen is also a good place. I am in Shenzhen. I am an exporter. We attended a trade show in Chicago last Nov. Pizza there tasted fantastic.

ya it's chicken because chicken are the cheapest meat you can get on the market. the batter is mixture of flour and orange juice. they dip the chicken strips into the batter then deep fry it. not sure what the glaze is made of. I think it's just some sugar syrup thing.

Don't eat at any chinese restaurants that don't have accreditation such as 'voted best 1999' etc.

Or go where the locals go!!!

It is stray cats. We have a big problem with it in our community. We have a lot of Chinese places, but a lot of cats are coming up missing.
