Have a little talk with your self before you open the door each morning. Say I can and I will do a good days work today I want them to miss me when am gone, I have something to look forward too, I will not be here in 3 months, a year you know the date.
I worked for a few years and by Wed noon I had my week end all planned out, I have to admit several times a day I would rearrange it, but it gave me something to look forward to.
Look for something good about the job you now have, there are bound to be worse jobs close by, compare them.
As an old friend told me one time readjust your head.

I feel for you i really do! Have you tried any other therapies, meditation, yoga seeing a healer, reiki? If you really are not sure bout the anti depressants you should think about giving one of these a go. Have you got friends? It would be good to maybe make more, join a book club a dance group, something that is fun and help take your mind of things! Maybe also change jobs, do a bit of waitress's were your around different people and bring your confidence about! Or volunteer in a place were people are much more unfortunate than yourself, this will open your eyes and see that your troubles probably are not half as bad as others. good luck, i know how it feels to be depressed.

I understand your feeling. I have been thru the same situation. I felt mentally drained and worst of I can't see any future career progression. It's easy to just quit and find a new job, somehow I can't escape the feeling of defeat. Felt like I'm totally useless for not able to stand to the demand of my work. Deep inside I want to stay and proved to myself I can survive and strive to improve rather than to just give up and leave.
Anyway I made the decision to quit and hope that the new job can provide me better fulfillment. Nowadays I tend to sometimes reflect on my decision to quit. I realised that I wasnt matured enough to face the reality of a demanding job. I'm better off now and has accepted that quitting and finding job is part and parcel of working live, its a learning curve for me to fulfil my fullest potential.
Hopes my experience helps and good luck.

I suggest you start a home based business. This is something you can build while still working, and it gives you something to look forward to at the end of the day. You know that you are doing something for you and it will take your mind off the frustrations of being at work because you know there is a light at the end of the tunnel. It worked for me, I will never look back!

Hey I feel just like quitting my job. I just can't quit though. I have bills to pay and I gotta eat. Not only does the manager tell me what to do, I tell them what I feel too. Just think of it like this, do the job and complain later. Hey I talk to myself or sing to take work off of my mind. After awhile it's time for me to go home.

My suggestion would be to realize that this is only temporary and soon you will be doing something great with your new degree. Sometimes we have to pay the piper for awhile before things get better. Just remember its not forever. Good Luck

Start liking your job, your bosses, who have invested their savings of life in the business, your Colleagues your work environment and be result oriented. In the evening go for self apprisal whether you gave back to your organization more then what you were paid off.
This self apprisal will make you to like your job and enjoy it

I leave my baseball bat in the car. It gives me an all over soothing feeling knowing that at anytime I could easily get up from the work station, go to the car park, get it, then come back and beat the living F*CK out of my boss at anytime.
When he is being a bastard happiness floats over me in waves, as I conjure up an image of his lifeless form slumped over his keyboard in my minds eye...
Try it it works.

The only thing I can suggest, is that when you're there, keep your mind in a positive place. I know how it can be. It can literally drain you.
