being white we are not allowed to show any pride in our race.
blacks are allowed to cheer for the black team, vote for the guy or gal just because they are black, and have groups for just blacks. being white if we did any of the above we would be branded racist. its not fair but that is the way of life for the white man ...our skin is our sin

March through January is White history month. Now I do think that Hispanic heritage week should be expanded to Hispanic heritage month. Its only a matter of time though because Black History Month started out as a week.
Now here's my question. Why do white people always complain when minorities have anything to appreciate themselves?

honestly why does it even bother you??? look inside yourself and answer that question. do we not deserve a black history month. you should take the time to see why we even celbrate it in the first place. why do we celebrate any holiday or season. it's apart of our american history and tells the story of a very bad time for african americans. its for the struggle for equality that still have not been reached.
yes i do know that we have way way way way way way way way way way way way way way more rights then from so long ago. but we haven't reach the promised land if people are still asking why we have what we have and why we get what we get.
obviously you don't fell we deserve to have a black history month or you wouldn't have asked the question. lets put you in slavery for 200+ years and then lets see if you feel that you should have white history month.
to be blind must be terrible. lets hope that one day you can open your eyes to the beauty of the world.

Minorities need to say they are proud to be what they are because racist people (white supremacists) put them down and try to say they are better. So they have to be optimistic. Why would you want to walk around saying I'm proud to be white? Nobody hurt you. Unless they did you are just human. It has nothing to do with double-standards!!

--There's no "Mexico month" because you didn't do anything for the country. Nobody openly/legally exploited you(slavery)! Maybe you faced discrimination but everyone does sometimes.Native African-Americans don't have a country besides America. You do your country is south go there and celebrate.--

White history month? Are you kidding me? Who the hell wants celebrate the history of white people? That is stupid, where were you in Social Studies? It was nothing but years of white history-- we don't have white history month because then all the black people would complain that they only get one month of recognition for the color of their skin when us whites get 11
