Hey most anime does have comedy in it, but if you want one that revolves around it check out Ouran High School Host Club. The best comedy anime ever. It's very good and it's not one of those shows that is just radom and that it's humor is people doing stupid stuff. it's really good. if you want to download a free episode got to animenuke.com and join then download the first episode. also you can check out it's manga. Borders has lots of their volumes. try it out.

Well, a lot of anime in general contain comedy, but if you want a real comedy genre anime, I would suggest Fooly Cooly, or Excel Saga. They're hilarious. I hope you enjoy it.

Fruits Baskets is really funny..I laughed out loud many times. I am also a fan of Ranma 1/2 and Tenchi so those are also worth checking out, especially Tenchi Universe.

definitely go with full metal panic fumoffu for hilarious, laugh-out-loud comedy. a new anime called nodame contabile is funny too.
