Integers are only the positive and negative whole numbers, and zero. Like ... -3, -2, -1, 0, 1, 2, 3 ... Where real numbers are all those, but plus all the fractions and decimals in between. In fact, it contains the integers, and the rational numbers and the irrational numbers. Real numbers is the largest group there is of types of numbers.

An unreal or imaginary number is what you get when take the square root of a negative number.
An integer is a real number that whole and not a fraction.
in other words it goes -1,-2,-3, etc on to infinity plus 0,1,2,3,etc on to infinity.

an interger is any positive or negative number that has no decimals. (for example -2, -1, 0, 1, 2, 3..etc.)

for lack of a better answer, a real number is any number that doesn't have an imaginary component (i = SR(-1) ). it is any number either positive or negative that either has a decimal piece or not.
