I think so. There was a movie quote I heard once that I liked. One friend was saying to the other,

"You don't want to be in love! You want to be in love in a movie!"

So I think sometimes we are more in love with the idea of being in love than we are with love itself.

Wow. That was sort of a Which came first, the chicken or the egg? scenario. Hope it made sense.

Yep you sure can. that is why we have to be very careful and make sure it is the real thing like i said before. Real love is more then just and idea or a passing thought. It is something that will last through the test of time . Real love grows and gets stronger over time and does not fade or go away. Real love lasts forever and comes from the heart. I believe the ideal of being in love is lust and like having a crush. It is not the real thing. It is like a fantasy.
