"J" Champagne

Cheap but good: "J. Roget" Champagne

Wine: Luna Sangiovese, Napa Valley, CA

Ridge Zinfandel (Red Zin!) Dry Creek, CA

Chalk Hill Chardonnay, Sonoma Valley, CA

Druid's Fluid (Red Blend) Troon Vineyard, OR (goes with everything & you can order online at troonvineyard.com)

It depends. What are you having for dinner?

Always wine, never champagne. The type of wine depends on what you're serving. I prefer a Merlot or Shiraz with meat, chicken, or foods with heavy sauces (always serve reds at room temperature, never chilled); and a chilled glass of Pinot Noir or Sauvignon Blanc with fish, shellfish, or light pastas.

For Valentine's Day, I suggest get whatever is on sale at your local supermarket and serve it wearing a skimpy little French maid outfit.

Depends on what youre serving for dinner. If its Mexican, then skip the wine and serve beer.

Pinot Noir, Beaujolais and most whites can go pretty good with pigs feet fried in it's own fat.
