The proper name is cyborg. This is when we have a robot body and a human brain. The answer is not in our life time. We are getting advanced and we are getting more artificial parts to use but we are not any where near what we see in an Isac Asimov story.
Scientific American has articles about this subject.

we are not going to be robots. Some people might have robotic arms or legs for some reasons, but we will not be robots in the years to come. They are building robots, but they will not be us.

No. Robots are made entirely of plastic, metal and wires. I can only speak for myself, but, I am made of flesh (mostly water).
It is likely that humans may become cyborgs in the near future.
(CYBernetic ORGanism) A being that is part human and machine.
By that definition anyone with an insulin pump or a pacemaker already is a cyborg.

No. We will be cybernetic which means part human, part machine. That will, however, just be a transition period until our conscious minds are fully uploaded into cyber space and we will leave the flesh for immortality. The earth will be given back to nature. This process will be complete well before the year 2100 and most likely in the lifetime of most people alive right now.

Yes, beware. We are all going to have to go to the Robotic Ward of the National Robotic Center to have Robotic surgery to transform us into robots. The center will have a computer to control us, so we will have to obey, or our batteries will go dead. LOL this is so funny!

Hell's fire they have been programing us for about 50 years. The job is about 95% complete. When all the people who are over 60 (at least the ones who did not take the bait) are dead, the job will be done. 10 to 15 years Max. See Ya!
